Intercollegiate Championship Tournament

The Intercollegiate Championship Tournament (ICT) is the premier quiz bowl tournament at the collegiate level and its titles are coveted by hundreds of schools and thousands of players throughout North America and the United Kingdom.

Each winter, Sectional Championship Tournaments are held. The top teams qualify for the ICT, the year’s most competitive weekend of intercollegiate quiz bowl.

ÎÞÓǶÌÊÓƵ awards several titles at the ICT, including the Division I Overall Championship, Division I Undergraduate Championship, and Division II Championship.

The 2024 ICT was held in Rosemont, Illinois (near Chicago) on April 5–6. The Division I overall champion was the University of Chicago’s A team, the Division II champion was the University of Waterloo’s B team, and the Division I Undergraduate champion was Cornell University’s A team.

The 2025 ICT will be Friday–Saturday, April 4–5 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosemont, Illinois (near Chicago).
